Participants are required to listen to the entire 4 hours of this course after which each individual will have to take a quiz. The quiz must be passed with at least an 80% score to be eligible for a certificate. (Hint: You may open your quiz as you listen to the course and note the answers as you move along, but don't submit the quiz until you have listened to the entire course.)
